Returns & Exchanges

Shopping for yarn online can be tricky! There's just no substitute for squeezing a skein of yarn and seeing the different colorways in person. For this reason, we offer free returns and exchanges!

Returns

Items that you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

Our return policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost if you change your mind within 30 calendar days of delivery. Simply use the enclosed return shipping label! Affix it to the package and drop it off with your local parcel service.

* If you are outside of the U.S., please contact us to arrange a return, as our shipment service does not provide automatic international return options.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged, does not work properly, or is not as described in the item description. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will make arrangements for an exchange.
