Colors

We take great care to ensure yarn colors are accurately represented. However, because yarn is dyed in lots and because computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur.

Prices and Sales Tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. (To see prices in your local currency, use the currency picker located at the top of every page.)

Philadelphia sales tax (8%) is charged on all products except yarn. (Items shipped from Pennsylvania are subject to Pennsylvania's Point of Origin sales tax. There is no sales tax charged for clothing—and yarn is considered raw material for making clothing, hence no sales tax on yarn.) You will see each item's final price (which may include sales tax) during the checkout process.

Product Availability

Although availability is indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products. Therefore, some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel your order and refund your money.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and, other than as necessary to carry out day-to-day shop operations, we do not share any information collected on the site.

We collect and hold information about our customers (such as name, email address, and shipping address) when they purchase products from our shop. This information does not include bank details or other financial information, as this is held securely by the processing company when business is conducted on this website (which uses the Shopify e-commerce platform). This company never shares this information with us—or anyone else—unless required by law.

Our mailing list is managed by Klaviyo. Customers join this mailing list only if they have explicitly requested to do so (by entering their email address in the mailing list sign-up form) or by placing an order on our website. We do not add customers to this list without their consent. Customers are able to leave the list at any time by using the unsubscribe link found in the footer of every email we send.
